Chartered Accountant
HiringJob Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial records, preparing accurate financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine financial records ensuring accuracy and compliance with Nigerian accounting standards and relevant laws
- Manage company financial systems, accounts payable, and receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Perform audits and manage internal control procedures to ensure financial accuracy
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the company's financial health
Qualifications
- BSc or HND in Accounting or related field
- ICAN (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria) certification required
- Minimum 3 years work experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
